According to the latest news is that Vijay Sethupathi and Kajal Agarwal teaming up for a sequel.
It is known news that Kajal Agarwal's Awe has won two national awards for special effects and makeup.
Makers planning for a sequel which is being titled as 'Awe 2' and Kajal will soon reprise the powerful Kali in 'Awe 2'.
And director Prashant Varma planning the new film as a Tamil/Telugu bilingual and hopes to rope in Vijay Sethupathi as the male lead.
However, an official announcement regarding this combination is much awaited.
