Vijay Sethupathi Confirms His Role In SRK-Atlee Combo’s Jawan

With the Hindi film "Jawaan," starring Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Kollywood filmmaker Atlee makes his debut in Bollywood. It is well known that Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara play the key parts in the movie. Although there has been speculation that actor Vijay Sethupathi may feature in the film briefly, the star has now formally stated that he is a member of the cast.

When asked if he was a part of Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan" in a recent interview with Anirudh and Vignesh Shivan, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi said, "Of course." The movie will be released on June 2, 2023, just one year from now. With this movie, Nayanthara also makes her Bollywood debut. According to rumours, Shah Rukh Khan would play a dual character and Nayanthara will take on the role of an investigator. Shah Rukh is most likely playing two characters in the movie, which also appears to feature actress Priya Mani in a significant role. Yogi Babu, comedian from Kollywood, will also appear in this film. By surprise, Yogi Babu had a supporting role alongside Shah Rukh in Chennai Express. In this eagerly anticipated film, actors Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover will also play significant roles.
