Vijay’s Beast Came First In Chart In 16 Countries After The OTT Release

The last time we saw Vijay was in the Nelson Dilipkumar-helmed action picture "Beast," which was released in April of last year. The action drama earned mixed reviews and fell short of expectations. The movie was made available in different languages over a variety of digital channels as of May 11. According to reports, "Beast" became the first Tamil film to hit the mark and is currently trending among the top movies in 16 countries on a Netflix, the OTT platform, where it made its premiere.

 
Beast has done well at the box office, earning close to Rs 250 crores globally despite receiving mixed reviews. In "Beast," Pooja Hegde made her comeback to Tamil acting by playing the female protagonist opposite Vijay in the character of a RAW agent. The soundtrack was composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and the tracks are extremely popular. The movie "Beast" is currently streaming on several OTT platforms, and audiences are enjoying it because it is available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
 
The digital rights to Vijay's upcoming film will also be sold for a hefty sum. The movie "Varisu," which stars Vijay and Vamshi Paidipally, is scheduled for Pongal 2023 release. The first look poster had previously been released, and the fans are waiting for the next updates on the movie.
