Vijay's Beast Movie Shooting To Resume At Gokulam Studios In Chennai

Thalapathy Vijay recently celebrated his 47th birthday on June 22. On a special day, social media was abuzz with wishes and tributes from fans, friends, and colleagues from the Tamil film industry, and other celebrities. On the eve of Vijay's birthday, the title and the first-look poster of Thalapathy 65. The film was titled Beat and went crazy viral on social media. The first schedule of Beat went on floors in Georgia and went on for about 20 days. While they wrapped up the first schedule in April, the makers are gearing up for the second schedule in July.

Reportedly, the second schedule will resume in July. The makers are erecting a grand set at Sri Gokulam Studios in Chennai. The set works will be completed in a few days. Based on the Covid-19 cases in July, the makers will decide on shooting the outdoor portions. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the action thriller has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead. The technical crew of the film comprises composer Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa and stunt director duo Anbariv. The supporting cast of Beast includes Malayalam actors Aparna Das, Shine Tom Chacko, and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles. More details regarding the film will be out in the coming weeks.
