Vikram Batra biopic starring Siddharth - Kiara will hit the floors from April
Many rumored that Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer based on Kargil hero Vikram Batra is shelved. But the latest news relating to this subject put an end to all those rumors. This movie will hit the shooting floors from April. The romantic scenes between Sid and Kiara will be shot in that particular schedule which will be shot in Chandigarh. Later the team will travel to shoot war scenes in Kashmir.
This project will be funded by Karan Johar with the association of Shabbir Boxwala. The main reason for the movie delay is that makers wanted to finish the entire pre-production work before the film hit the floors. Hence it is completed now, the film to kick start from April. Siddharth Malhotra to play a dual role in this film. He will be playing Vikram Batra and also his brother Vishal's role. This role will be more challenging for Sid as he is portraying a double role. This film helmed by south stylish director Vishnu Vardan known for his ultra stylish-lavish taking. Sid-Kiara romantic scenes will be one of the highlights of the film apart from the war episodes.
Vikram Batra was honored with Param Veera Chakra for his valor in Kargil War. Siddharth earlier acted in war based movie titled Aiyaar alongside Manoj Bajpayee. In Bollywood, we can witness many biopics are made on the silver screen.
