Vikram’s Cobra Mints Over 12 Crores On The Firstday
Cobra has not been released in the UK and It is anticipated that the Vikram starrer will do well there. It is also predicted that the movie will earn at least Rs 9 crore internationally on day two.
One of the most eagerly awaited movies of 2022, "Cobra," featuring Vikram and Srinidhi Shetty in the key roles, opened in theatres on August 31. The movie's release was widely celebrated because it was the actor's first theatrical release in three years. The first screening of the film started at four in the morning, and Vikram's acting in the film had the audience going wild.
The film garnered only positive reviews throughout the first part of the day, but as the day went on, both critics and viewers had different opinions about it.
The movie was predicted to earn a two-digit crore on its opening day based on pre-sales and ticket reservations. According to estimates, the movie has reportedly earned Rs 12 crore in Tamil Nadu and Rs 1.25 crore in Kerala at the box office. According to reports, the movie also had a strong debut in Malaysia, where it currently holds the top spot.
In the action movie "Cobra," which was directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, Vikram plays a maths professor who also happens to be the best assassin in the world.
Irfan Pathan, Mrinalini Ravi, Meenakshi Govindarajan, KS Ravikumar, Miya George, and Roshan Mathew are among the actors in the cast. AR Rahman wrote the soundtrack for the film.
