Venkatesh Daggubati has been cast as the lead in Vishwak Sen and Mithila Palkar's Ori Devuda, and the actor is overjoyed.
Vishwak captioned a behind-the-scenes photo of him on sets with, “Such an honour sharing the screen with a prestigious actor and the man with no haters @venkateshdaggubati sir. This is going to be a memorable thing for life sir. Thank you is a small word. Love you, sir. October 21st worldwide theatrical release. (sic)” In the pictures, the actors can be seen bonding and sharing a moment with each other.
The remake of the Tamil blockbuster film Oh My Kadavule, starring Ashok Selvan and Ritika Singh, is directed by Ashwath Marimuthu. Venkatesh will fill the character originally portrayed by Vijay Sethupathi. The film was released in theatres in 2020 and earned positive reviews even after its digital distribution. Even Mahesh Babu applauded the film, adding that he thoroughly enjoyed it and praised the performers. Aside from this film, Vishwak will soon be seen in Das Ka Dhamki, a film he is directing, as well as cameo appearances in October 31 Ladies Night and Mukhachitram.
