A meme hosted by Vivek Oberoi that connects Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s relationship to polling stages was slammed by all quarters.
 
The meme was a collage of three images, one of which showed Aishwarya, Salman Khan, Aishwarya and Vivek, and Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan. The first is tagged ‘opinion poll’, the second ‘exit poll’ and the third, ‘results’.
 
Vivek Oberoi on Tuesday apologized after receiving criticism. "Even if one woman is offended by my reply to the meme, it calls for remedial action. Apologies...tweet deleted," he wrote. Earlier, Vivek had said, "What wrong have I done? Somebody tweeted a meme and I laughed at it."
