Vivek Sagar gets upset with Vishwak Sen's act of using Falaknuma Das soundtrack for the birthday tribute video of NTR

On the occasion of Jr NTR's birthday yesterday, actor Vishwak Sen has released a special tribute video to the Kantri actor. In this video, Vishwak used the Original Sound Track (OST) of his film Falaknuma Das. He also credited music director Vivek Sagar and rap ldyricist Aditya Rao Gangasani for the video. Commenting on the post, music director Vivek Sagar said that the music got done for Falaknuma Das as a part of the OST and not for birthday wishes. He added that Vishwak killed the vibe of the song by making this video.

Vivek Sagar said that he will talk with Sony Music and will take necessary action soon. He stated, "This was done for a film as a part of the ost .. not for birthday wishes. I'm not associated with this video. I have asked you repeatedly to get this down and you have failed to do so. You have killed the vibe of the song by making this. As an artist, I'm truly disappointed with this attitude. Please refrain from tagging me in this."

Vivek Sagar composed music for Vishwak's three films Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, Falaknuma Das and HIT. They share a good bonding with each other. The sources say that Vishwak shouldn't have used it as all the rights of the music will be with its original composer. The actor is yet to reply to Vivek Sagar though. This is not the first time a music director got upset with the illegal usage of his work. A couple of months back, AR Rahman showed his outrage on the remix version of Masakkali.
