Waltair Veerayya, the highly anticipated film that will begin making a major splash in theatres on January 13, will star Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja alongside each other. The film's producers released the theatrical trailer in order to stir our interest in watching it in theatres.
An international criminal is brought in by the Raw department for a day of detention in a police station as the trailer opens on an exciting tone. He is a notorious khaidi (prisoner) in the department's database, a dangerous smuggler, and no less than a monster. Thus the entire department is urged to be on the watch. Then, Chiranjeevi appears in a crowd, standing on a wooden boat amid a stormy sea and lighting beedi.
The build-up and Chiru's entrance together show the level of public hype surrounding his persona. And that's not all. The following segments see Chiranjeevi at his comic best. When Waltair Veerayya is being pursued by numerous gangsters, Ravi Teja is introduced as ACP Vikram Sagar, whose mission is to also capture Veerayya and his guys. This is the ideal tension for this masala film.
In both action and humorous situations, Chiranjeevi performs to the highest of standards. With his enormous aura, he adds that unique appeal to the character and story. The main asset is the fight between Ravi Teja and the cop, who is just as good. Both stars were brilliantly presented by Bobby. Bobby has also excelled at writing and photography.
The cinematography is done by Arthur A Wilson. It is re-recorded by Devi Sri Prasad. Its editing is done by Niranjan Devaramane. All of these works come together to create some spectacular frames and sound effects.
Every frame of Bobby Kolli's ambitious project appears smooth and opulent due to the large money used to produce it. The movie is produced on a large scale by Mythri Movie Makers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar. GK Mohan has served as a co-producer. The costume designer is Sushmita Konidela, while the production designer is AS Prakash.
Bobby wrote the dialogue and the story. Kona Venkat and K Chakravarthy Reddy wrote the script. Vineeth Potluri and Hari Mohana Krishna are also members of the writing staff. On January 13, Waltair Veerayya will receive a major worldwide release as a Sankranthi special.
