Kamal Haasan's Vikram continues in packed audiences in theaters two weeks after its release. Kamal Haasan had bought a car for director Lokesh Kanakaraj and a watch for Suriya who a played guest role in the film.

 
Lokesh Kanakaraj and music director Anirudh Ravichandran arrived in Kochi yesterday after Vikram's huge success in Kerala. During a press meet yesterday, when asked what gift he would get from Kamal Anirudh replied that the film itself is a gift for him. Anirudh said that Kamal had given a car to Lokesh and a watch to Suriya, but the film itself is a gift for him. Asked when Anirudh's song will be released in Malayalam, he said he will do it in Malayalam next year.
 
Before Vikram, Anirudh started composing music for Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2’. The actor also opened his mind about the film Indian 2.
 
“Indian Two had already started before Vikram. Vikram is the universe of Lokesh. Indian 2 is Shankar Universe. The two cannot be compared. I first composed music for Kamal Sir for Indian 2. So the expectations for Indian 2 are high. Also, everyone knows how big a hit the film Indian first part was. I have tried to do the best I can to the best of my ability. Kamal himself will provide more information about the film;” said Anirudh.
 
Anirudh is currently composing music for Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan. Nayanthara is the heroine of Jawan, director Attlee's first Bollywood film.
 
Apart from Kamal Haasan and Suriya, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Faasil also played the lead roles in the film Vikram. Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran produce the film under the banner of Rajkamal Films International. Anirudh Ravichandran composed the music for the film Vikram. Gireesh Gangadharan is the cinematographer. Lokesh Kanakaraj and Ratnakumar wrote the dialogues for the film.
