After ‘Uri’, Yami Goutam and Aditya Dhar will join hands for their next. The yet-untitled film will start shooting from mid-January. Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi will play the lead roles in the film. According to ETimes, a large part of the film will be shot in Delhi.
Makers have not released much detail about the film. The film was reportedly supposed to direct by Aditya Dhar. Instead, Aditya decided to produce it with Ronnie Screwvala. Reports suggest that the film’s director will be a close friend of Aditya.
This will be Yami's second collaboration with Aditya, the first being 'Uri’. With ‘Uri’ the two established a solid relationship. Aditya was the director of 'Uri,' and Yami played the role of an undercover RAW agent.
Earlier, Yami Gautam had wrapped filming on Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury's investigative drama ‘Lost’. The film began production last month. The actress, who plays a crime reporter in the film, had been busy shooting shortly after her wedding. Filmmaker Aditya Dhar and Yami got married earlier this year.
Earlier, Yami Gautam celebrated her first Karwa Chauth, uploaded a bright click on Instagram. She wrote, “The joy of celebrating my first Karvachauth is unmatched & it became more special as I wear @bulgari Mangalsutra.”
Meanwhile, Yami is currently shooting for the film ‘A Thursday’. She will be seen in films like ‘Dasvi’ and ‘OMG – Oh My God’.
