Yuvraj Singh, Richa Chada among other celebs condemn Delhi violence.

Many celebs across the country have called for an end to the violence erupting in the national capital.

Yuvraj Singh, Richa Chada among other celebs condemn Delhi violence.

Condemning the violence that has been erupting in North-East Delhi since the past few days, famous cricketer Yuvraj Singh tweeted out saying, "DelhiBurning, What's going on in Delhi is heart breaking, requesting everyone to please maintain peace and harmony. Hoping the authorities will take corrective measures to curb the situations. End of the day we are all humans, we need to love and respect each other Folded hands (sic)."

 
Violence reached an all time high in Delhi on the same day when the American president Donald Trump was holding meetings with the Indian prime minister,Narendra Modi. Since then the violence has only gotten worse and claimed the lives of many.
 
Bollywood Celebrities also reached out on their social media handles to condemn the violence. Actor Richa Chada wrote on her Twitter, "You got blood on your hands...you know who you are. As a true Hindu, I believe in karma. And it won’t wait till your next birth, it will manifest soon...as disease, penury, pain...you’d have earned this, like you’re earning extra money right now,celebrating the murder of others."
 
Sonam Kapoor later retweeted Richa Chada's tweet extending her grief. Indian film director Hansal Mehta also reached out to his followers and fans alike. He wrote, "Should all of us be mute spectators while all this mayhem is being unleashed by madmen and bigots. What can those who want this to stop do to reach out to the people and their government? Shouldn't we be on the streets protesting asking for immediate action to stop this violence?"
