Aamir Khan Participates In The Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign And Raises The Indian Flag At His Home

Aamir Khan has been caught in the center of controversy over the last few weeks, particularly with the release of his most recent film, Laal Singh Chaddha. Despite the fact that the movie premiered on Thursday, August 11, social media has been booming with requests to boycott both the movie and the actor. The cause was Aamir's remarks on the situation in the nation and his ex-wife Kiran Rao's question about whether they should leave. Aamir, however, made the expected decision to join the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign as Independence Day approached.

Aamir joined the Central Government's initiative, which invited individuals to fly the tricolor in their residences from August 13 to 15 in observance of India's 75th anniversary of independence, and on August 13 he did precisely that. In spite of the fact that the Indian tricolor flag is clearly flown from the actor's balcony, Aamir was subsequently seen conversing with daughter Ira Khan there.

Returning to the professional front, Advait Chandan's Laal Singh Chaddha, which stars Aamir Khan, opened below expectations. In fact, the movie's company actually saw a decline in receipts on its second day of release. To the contrary, according to early estimates, Laal Singh Chaddha saw a rise in foot traffic and sales on Saturday Day 3.
