HYDERABAD: A Swiggy customer's message while ordering food is creating a huge controversy on social media. A requirement put forward by a customer while ordering food in Hyderabad is causing criticism. The customer demanded to not deliver food by a Muslim delivery boy when ordering food through Swiggy.

 
There has been a lot of discussion on social media since this screen shot was released. Telangana State Taxi and Drivers JAC Chairman Sheikh Salahuddin shared the screenshot. He asked Swiggy to take action against such messages. In the screenshot, it is clear that the customer has marked that they does not want a Muslim delivery person.
 
Swiggy is yet to comment on the issue. Meanwhile, another Swiggy customer in Hyderabad refused food brought to him by a Muslim delivery boy, according to national media reports. The customer says that the delivery instruction was very simple and specifically said to bring by a Hindu delivery boy.
 
Swiggy and Zomato are food delivery systems trusted by thousands of people in Hyderabad. Techies from other districts, in particular, rely on these portals for food. Meanwhile, criticism is being raised as such requests from a few customers are creating controversies.
