Finally KCR to govern from state secretariat after many days
If there would be one let-out clause pertaining to Telangana Chief Minister KCR’s governance, that will be his minimal visits to state’s secretariat. He led his operations from Pragathi Bhavan, the official residence and principal workplace of the states CM. Be it KCR’s health issues or if he is really not interested in governing from the secretariat, Oppositions took this to criticise KCR all through the tenure and in election campaigning also.
But now, seems like KCR has decided not to leave a single reason to slam his government deciding to work from here in the coming days. The dynamic leader is all set to renew his ruling by appointing Divisional Commissioner System with core teams. These core teams formed for every four districts will target the party activities. The teams will have senior IAS officers who would scrutinise the government welfare schemes and their implementation. They are to report to KCR on a timely basis which will be done as state secretariat as the centre of governance.
On the other hand, TRS is getting ready for the Zilla Parishad polls and KCR will take another month or so and after that KCR will completely concentrate on governance. Gossips were already doing rounds that KCR is planning to introduce a revolutionary act that will put an end to land disputes and ensure conclusive titles to landowners.
All said and done, the news that KCR will be visiting the secretariat on a daily basis to keep an eye on governance is a good omen hinting that the future of Telangana state is in good hands.
