Gautam Gambhir said 'Bishan Bedi pushed his Undeserving son for the selection'
The former Indian opener 'Gautam Gambhir' slams the former DDCA members Bishan Singh Bedi and Chetan Chauhan on Twitter. Gautam said that Bishan Singh Bedi tried to get his undeserving son in Delhi team.
Gautam tweeted “@BishanBedi talking about 'stooping to conquer', the man who was pushing his undeserving son for selection or @ChetanChauhanCr bent on getting his nephew in DDCA team. Shame”.
After the fast bowler from Karnal made an impressive country debut in the first T20 International against the West Indies, Gambhir responded. The 26-year-old Saini captured three wickets at Lauderhill in the USA on Saturday for 17 runs to star in India's four-wicket victory over the Windies. Gautam Gambhir took the chance to dig at the two former players in India.
The former Indian opener also tweeted “Kudos Navdeep Saini on ur India debut. U already have 2 wickets even before u have bowled @BishanBedi & @ChetanChauhanCr. Their middle stumps are gone seeing the debut of a player whose cricketing obit they wrote even before he stepped on the field, shame!!”.
After this Bishan Singh Bedi responded to Gambhir and said that he didn’t believe that he had to stoop to conquer. He would not react to any comments on twitter. He had never said any negative word about Navdeep Saini. He also believes that if someone had made it then it’s his credit, not any Dick, Tom or Harry’s.
