Inflation alert: Petrol and Diesel prices may go soaring at an all-time high
With Saturday’s attack on Saudi’s oil facilities, the prices of Petrol and Diesel Amy rise up to 5 and 6 rupees per litre respectively. If you think that is too high, let’s see the stats - Saudi Arabia alone produces 5% crude oil of the entire world which was reduced to half after the attacks.
Coordinated strikes on key Saudi Arabian oil facilities knocked out half of the country's oil capacity that means more than 5 million barrels a day. You can see that Saudi lost the facilities to produce accurately 5.7 million barrels per day. On Monday, US oil prices were escalated.
Yemen's Houthi rebels said they're responsible for the attacks, but a spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen said that Iranian weapons were used in the oil field attack. The spokesperson also said the strikes were not launched from Yemen, despite claims of responsibility by Houthi rebels. President Trump said it looks like Iran was behind the attack but suggested it was too early to say for sure. Trump also insisted that he does not want war with Iran.
Now the whole world awaits the decision of the Saudi Prince as with that decision he may become a hero or end up as Zero. He may go against Iran and attack the responsible areas or take the matter to international affairs thereby gaining enough support to sort out the issue.
