Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha criticizes Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) MLAs
Demanding about the resignation of Congress and JD(S) MLAs was against the principles of democracy, KRRS (Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha) held a staged protest in the city.
KRRS president H.R. Basavarajappa said the issues of farmers owing to drought and slump in the price of agriculture produce, the MLAs have given this resignation. He said the Karnataka law-makers have been “reduced to purchasable commodities.”
Mr. Basavarajappa said JD(S) and Congress, BJP leaders “have turned a blind eye to the problems of the common people and were busy in fulfilling their selfish ends. Claiming that the eyes on power had a strategy for political doubts in Karnataka. He said the law against defection should be strengthened.
The protesters said theirs agitate against the political doubts prevailing in the State by burning the idol of Congress, JD(S) and BJP. Due to this stage protest, vehicular movement was disrupted at Shivappa Nayaka Circle.
