Let alone LS polls… Separate tension prevails in Tamil Nadu !
Nation’s eye is on the remaining phases of the LS polls that will conclude the upper hand between the two major parties in the country, INC and BJP but here is Tamil Nadu which has other thoughts. The whole state is looking after the 18 assembly by-polls along with the Lok Sabha polls which might lead to the shift of the power in this coastal state.
The results of these bypolls will determine the future of the Palaniswamy –led AIADMK government. Also, the results of the Lok Sabha seats could also have an impact on the future sustainability of the state government.
If the opposition DMK party wins all these 18 seats, Stalin will become the CM of the state which brings the down fall of the present Chief minister Palani swamy who acquired the hot seat under dramatic environment after the death of Jaya Lalitha. AIDMK just need to 11 seats to keep their government safe and the majority of the Parliamentary seats will keep them in hunt all over the state.
Hence, each and every minute in Tamil Nadu is being intensified under these circumstances and let’s see who will emerge victorious at last. Bypolls are being held for 18 of the 22 vacancies in Tamil Nadu assembly. One seat fell vacant only recently and three seats are embroiled in legal issues. So, the poll is being held for 18 seats only.
