Ministers oppose the private TV Channel claims in Idol case theft
 
Unfaithful claims are made by a private Tv channel in the case of idol theft, that two ministers are Dindigul C Sreenivasan and Sevoor S Ramachandran are involved. Due to that case, EPS cabinet has sent the legal notice to a private channel. the Madras High Court has assigned the special officer to investigate the case. The special officers are Mr Pon Manickavel’s.
 
“The channel telecast false information using our photographs. The officer has not submitted any report before the court on this. There is no connection between us and the idol theft cases,” Sreenivasan.
 
The special officer had plea moved by former idol wing DSP Kadhar Batcha. Kadhar was requested to file the case against the Manickavel in connection with idol theft cases.
 
Sreenivasan said the “It could have been former ministers or present ministers. How could we respond to it? It could be anyone. We cannot be held responsible. It could be ministers of Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh,” he said. Sreenivasan said “Real culprits should be identified and punished. We don’t have a second opinion on that,” he said. “He thinks others would be scared if he talks about ministers.”
