Radhakrishnan says Narendra Modi will not ignore Tamil Nadu

Ex-Union Minister Pon. Radhakrishnan says, regardless of suspicion raised by the opposite parties in Tamil Nadu that state did not receive enough schemes in the coming five years as the state has voted against the NDA in the parliamentary elections, PM Modi will take very good care of the Tamil Nadu state.
Mr. Radhakrishnan said in the meeting “They (opposition in TN) are just creating an illusion that since the NDA did not get seats here, Tamil Nadu will be overlooked. If that is the case, how did Kerala get so much money and schemes last time around even though there was not a single MP from there? I was the only MP from T.N. last time and we got more schemes and funding.
Mr. Radhakrishnan stated that “Parties like the DMK and the Congress have just been lying to the people. We will ensure that their masks are taken off. The people of the State have been misled for years,” he said.
The meeting chaired by the BJP State unit president Tamilisai Soundrarajan and national general secretary Muralidhar Rao criticized the “negative campaign against Mr. Modi and the BJP by the DMK and its allies before and during the poll campaign. It was a meeting to just analyze our performance. We discussed every issue threadbare and past problems that led to the defeat and the way forward for the party in Tamil Nadu. This was not a meeting to blame one person or a unit for the loss,” he said.
