Both of them have to go through constant insults due to their weight gain, making their own dreams come true.
Huma Qureshi plays the role of Rajshree Trivedi, a sports anchor from Delhi, in the film Double XL. Sonakshi's character in the film Double XL is Saira Khanna, a fashion designer. Despite being discouraged by many from working in their fields of interest due to their high body weight, both of them excel at it.
Shikhar Dhawan says that the story of the film Double XL deeply influenced him. "Life as an athlete playing for the country is always busy. One of my favourite hobbies is watching funny movies."
