South Indian Songs Are Only Masala And Item Songs, Real Love Songs Are Bollywood Songs; Rashmika Mandana With Controversial Statement.

Rashmika Mandana is an actress who has made her presence known in four industries in just six years. Rashmika made her debut in the Kannada film Kirik Party in 2016 and later acted in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. The latest film of Rashmika that is about to be released is in Hindi. This is Mission Majnu, a spy thriller starring Sidharth Malhotra. A remark made by Rashmika at the promotional stage of this film has led to criticism from South Indian movie lovers. Rashmika was talking about the content of film songs. "Love songs were Bollywood songs when I was growing up. In South India, we had masala and item numbers in that position. This is my first Bollywood romantic song. I am very excited about it. It is a very good song. I am waiting for you all to hear it," said Rashmika Mandana.

South Indian moviegoers argued that rejecting South Indian cinema when given a chance in Bollywood was wrong. Some say that Rashmika similarly rejected Kannada films when she first got her chance in Telugu films. Rashmika's video from the venue has gone viral on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Mission Majnu is Rashmika's second Bollywood film. The first film was Goodbye, with Amitabh Bachchan. Mission Majnu is being directed by Shantanu Bagchi. It also stars Parmeet Sethi, Sharib Hashmi, Mir Sarwar, Zakir Hussain, Kumud Mishra, Arjan Bajwa, Rajit Kapoor, and others. The film, which was initially announced as a theatrical release, will be released as a direct OTT release. It will hit Netflix on January 20.
