Sumalatha says I will contest Lok Sabha polls for Mandya people

Sumalatha Ambareesh, wife of sandalwood actor/politician Late Ambareesh has confirmed and processed her stand, here on Tuesday, March 12, on facing the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by saying that she's going to contest.
 
Sumalatha has announced a Facebook post with regard to this, which states that she is often with the people of Mandya which some rivals of her try to spread fake information regarding she not contesting the Lok Sabha polls. The political high drama began once former chief minister Siddaramaiah said that Sumalatha wouldn't be supported by any of the Congress leaders which she's going to not be obtaining a ticket from the party, on March 11 in New Delhi. As a result of this few of them had posted on social media that Sumalatha would step back as she's going to not be obtaining any support from the Congress party.
 
Based on this, Sumalatha has clarified on Facebook. Meanwhile, Sumalatha has said that she would issue an announcement on whether or not or not she's going to participate from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency on March 18, as Water Resource Minister D K Shivakumar had met her and had a brief discussion.
