There is a lot of uncertainty around the answer if asked who will be the next CM of Andhra Pradesh. Not only the citizens but the politician leaders are also eagerly waiting for May 23rd. On this note, there are a lot of surveys doing rounds stating that a particular party would win the race. And now, it is former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar who gave out his predictions.
The ex-Rajahmundry MP who lately opined that YSRCP would win this election has however changed his mind stating that Telugu Desam Party will again come to ruling with a good majority. In one of the recent interviews given to a renowned television channel, he told that yet there is an improvement in YS Jagan compared to 2014, various welfare schemes helped TDP to draw the women votes.
“The initiative 'Pasupu-Kunkuma' played a key role in banking votes for TDP. Chandrababu Naidu’s promise of crediting the full amount of Rs 10,000/- in the next term, has not only led women but also their family members to vote for TDP,” said Undavalli.
He then said that Jagan matured as a politician. “In 2014, TDP had the support of BJP and Pawan Kalyan. But this time, it is not a similar situation. So in all likely Jagan has the upper hand over Chandrababu. But being in the ruling party has helped him with various welfare schemes.
With various surveys sprouting up, let us wait till the big day to know whose goodwill helped them to gain votes.
