Looking at the trend of rising cases, one thing is very clear that these are because of carelessness on people’s part and we can easily stop the spread by following COVID -appropriate behaviour which includes wearing a mask, washing hands, avoiding large gatherings, avoiding indoor crowding. Vaccination is a powerful tool and I think so far the vaccination drive has gone well. But now we may think of opening it up to the private sector so that we can reach a large number of people in less time. If we can double or triple the number of people getting vaccines, we can stop or curb COVID spread effectively.
