T'Puram: The state government directed the SIM service providers to resolve the network issue that caused Ration E-POS malfunction by Tuesday. The decision was taken at a meeting called by the Food & Civil Supplies Secretary. If the E-POS problem persists, the sim rations of the new service providers will be given to the ration dealers.
