The aftermath of the nomination process was the opening scene of the most recent episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 6. Faima and Inaya, who were formerly close friends, have developed a bitter feud. Raj was informed by Faima that Inaya intends to win over and win the support of Surya's followers.
The captaincy task for this week was then revealed by Bigg Boss. Two groups of housemates were formed. While one team used the time provided mud to construct snakes, another team used it to construct ladders. The Sanchalak of Squad Snakes and Ladder would pick a member of their team to assault whenever there was a hissing sound. Team Snakes is formed of Srihan, Faima, Keerthi, Rohit, Adi, and Vasanthi, while Team Ladders is formed of Revanth, Raj, Inaya, Marina, Baladitya, and Sri Satya. Sanchalaks for the task were Inaya and Faima.
Keerthi from Team Snakes failed in her attempt to raid Raj from Team Ladders in the opening round. Keerthi became upset after her raid failed, and the other housemates comforted her.
After the first round, Faima disqualified Rohit from the race because his snake was thinner than the others, and Inaya disqualified Satya from the race because her ladder was thinner.
Inaya and Faima got into a physical fight. All of the competitors objected when Inaya picked mud off of Satya's ladder. The two fought each other throughout the task. Bigg Boss instructed Faima and Inaya to remove one competitor from their rival teams after the previous round. Inaya was eliminated by Faima, and Vasanthi was eliminated by the latter. Inaya referred to Faima as the "worst gamer" in the home during their disagreement.
The new advertisement depicts the housemates competing for the captain position. As the task continues, Revanth becomes combative, which annoys Faima, Keerthi, and Adi Reddy and warns him.
