Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had to confront the dark side of Bollywood fandom. Bollywood actors are especially connected to their audiences but sometimes the boundaries set by these stars are totally and completely ignored by fans due to some misperceived notions of entitlement to the actor’s personal life. It was recently reported that the actors had lodged a complaint against an individual for making death threats against the actors.
A complaint was lodged at Mumbai’s Santacruz police station, immediately after which the stalker was arrested. It is now coming out that the initial report was exaggerated and blown way out of proportion.
Recent reports while confirming the existence of a stalker who used to turn up from time to time and has been harassing Katrina Kaif now for an extended period of time. The police on receiving the complaint regarding the harassment that had been troubling Katrina immediately set out under the deputy commissioner of police to confirm the arrest.
On the work front, both Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal seem to have their hands full with a number of projects this year. Katrina Kaif will be seen next in the film PhoneBhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Vicky Kaushal will be seen on screen with the biopic Sam Bahadur, helmed by Meghna Gulzar, and stars Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh. The actors also have a number of other projects lined up for the rest of the year.
