The Raazi star Alia Bhatt celebrated her 27th birthday with close friends and family. The pictures reveal that sister Shaheen Bhatt along with her girl gang was present at the celebration. Though the main man, boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor is absent in all the pictures uploaded on the social media platforms. The uploads show Bhatt cutting two cakes amidst the singing of the birthday song.
The video put up by Meghna Goyal, a close friend of Alia Bhatt, is in the middle of cutting the cakes. Another picture by Shaheen shows all of them waiting for the clock to strike 12. Goyal also shared pictures and videos of her and Bhatt laughing and hanging out together. Shaheen gave a glimpse into the decorations of the place for the celebration and a closer look at the two cakes. One seems to be a homemade cheesecake and the other a normal birthday cake.
Bhatt is wearing home attire. An ordinary cream shirt and a pair of shorts with her hair open and no makeup. Kapoor is missing from all these pictures and videos. This has raised some questions from the fans.
On the work front, she is busy filming Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra which will be a fantasy drama. She is also working for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. It is an adaptation from Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi. She will also be working in RRR by SS Rajamouli. Her last film Gully Boy won her immense awards and praise.
