Allu Aravind's production house Geetha Arts issued a statement alerting people about fake casting calls; the statement clarifies that Geetha Arts has a casting procedure and any casting claims by third parties are false
If you see an advertisement for a casting call for any films being produced my Geetha Arts, beware of fraud and false promises. In a statement posted on their social media, Allu Aravind owned production house Geetha Arts clarified that all claims of casting that come from agents or third parties are false.
The statement read, "We at GEETHA ARTS or any of our group of companies or any of our directors or any or our producers doesn't have any CASTING agents working for us as of now, never announced any casting call through SOCIAL MEDIA to date and we have a clear procedure laid down for the selection of star cast which we adhere to in principle. Allu Aravind's production house Geetha Arts has several subsidiaries that deal with film production and distribution. The production started off producing films with the 1974 film Banthrotu Bharya. Geetha Arts has over the years produced several big-budget blockbusters. They have produced around 40 films Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
Geetha Arts ventured into film distribution and exhibition after gaining a footing in film production. Geetha Arts has recently ventured into digital content as well by starting the OTT platform Aha Video in association with the My Home Group. The produced house has produced films with major Tollywood stars such as Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, Nani, Ram Charan, and Vijay Deverakonda.
