'Alphonse Puthren And Prithviraj Would Not Make A Bad Movie;' Baburaj Talks About The Criticism Against Gold

Alphonse Putren's "Gold" received a mixed response from the audience. The film, which was postponed several times, was released on more than 1300 screens worldwide. Most of the reactions on social media say that Gold has disappointed. Now actor Baburaj has come forward, saying that the move to destroy the film is not right.

“A film is the result of the suffering of many people. It would be preferable if everyone considered whether it was appropriate to show it completely. Alphonse Putren, Listin Stephen, and Prithviraj did not think that they would make a bad film. They are not blind. These are the people who have worked on blockbuster films. I have really enjoyed my role, and everyone is giving me good feedback. But only if the film succeeds can we enjoy the character's success as well. Some of the comments are getting really nasty. It is really sad to see the movie being attacked with very bad comments;” Baburaj said in an interview with Manorama.

Gold, directed by Alphonse Puthren was one of the most anticipated films of this year. Gold has been the active focus of the audience since the time of its announcement. The main USP of Gold is that Alphonse Putren's film is being produced seven years after the super hit film Premam. Another attraction is that Prithviraj and Nayanthara play the central characters. Both of them are acting in an Alphonse Putren film for the first time. But the film failed to bring forth the result as expected
