Lokesh Kanagaraj has launched a cinematic universe with the newly released blockbuster Kamal Haasan movie Vikram, following a method similar to that of the Hollywood film studios, Marvel or DC. On Vikram, Mollywood filmmaker Alphonse Puthren expressed his thoughts and even compared the movie's villain Santhanam, played by actor Vijay Sethupathi, to Thanos from Marvel.
The director of Premam, who usually keeps a good interaction with his social media followers, posted his review of Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ on Facebook. Alphonse Puthren mentioned in his post that he loved the characters agent Tina, agent Uppuliyappan, and agent Vikram.
Alphonse continues in his post, “Sandhanam was huge and heavy equaling the Mass of Thanos ( I liked Vijay Sethupathi after a long time as Sandhanam ). Rolex was kick ass. Agent Vikram's Avatar in the last scene was refreshing. Amar helps us to understand the whole plot written by Agent Vikram. ACP Prabhanjan was neat and sleek. Police Chief Jose creates the impact he needs to. Respect and love to the Cast and Crew.”
Alphonse Puthren, after Neram and Premam, is getting ready with his upcoming entertainer ‘Gold’, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara. The updates of Alphonse Puthren's movies always stir up the cinephile communities.
