Megastar Chiranjeevi's Acharya citing creative differences with the makers. Ever since she walked out of the film, the team is searching for a new replacement for her. The latest grapevine from the industry suggests that
Anushka Shetty will mostly bag the chance of acting alongside Chiru in this movie.
According to the sources, the makers have approached
Kajal Aggarwal after Trisha walked out of the film. She has acted with Chiru earlier in the film
Khaidi No. 150. Apparently, Kajal has demanded a hefty remuneration for the movie. Then, the makers have approached Anushka. It seems that even Anushka demanded a lump sum of amount to act in the film.
We hear that Chiru is keener on signing up Anushka even though she is demanding a huge payment. He feels that Anushka can be the best choice for this story rather than Kajal. Thus, the team is now holding talks with Anushka. An official announcement will get made once the actress signs the dotted lines.
Acharya is being directed by Koratala Siva. The film features a key role that might get played by
Ram Charan or
Mahesh Babu. We hear that Charan will mostly act in that role. The film is being produced jointly by
Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy under their respective banners Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments. Mani Sharma is composing the music for it. This film marks the collaboration of Chiru and Mani Sharma after 14 years. Acharya will mostly hit the screens in August this year.
