Ram Charan and Allu Arjun are two of the best actors in the South and have enormous fan bases throughout India, not only in Tollywood. For those who don't know, Pushpa and RRR are maternal cousins. Megastar Chiranjeevi opened Allu Studio yesterday in honour of Allu Arjun's grandfather Ramalingaiah's 100th birthday. They also unveiled Shri Allu Ramalingaiah guru's book at the event.
Allu Arjun posted a group photo from the occasion with the caption "Book Launch of my Grand Father Shri Allu Ramalingaiah garu on his centenary birthday. I would like to thank shri venkaiah naidu garu for gracing the occasion. #AlluARG100", on Instagram. Chiranjeevi attended the occasion with his wife Surekha Konidala, Allu Ramalingaiah's daughter. Allu Arjun and his daughter Allu Arha were also there. She was spotted spending time closely with the actor from Acharya. Due to her adorable demeanor, the girl was able to attract a lot of attention while the event was going on.
Throughout his career, Allu Ramalingaiah appeared in more than 1000 Tollywood films. In 1990, the Indian government also gave him the prestigious Padma Shri award.
Allu Arjun, on the other hand, is prepared to win over fans with his Pushpa Raj persona once more in Sukumaran's Pushpa: The Rule. When asked if Pushpa Raj and Srivalli (Rashmika Mandanna) would have a new appearance in the sequel, producer Y Ravi Shankar said in the affirmative. He responded, “See, they are trying different things and it has got locked. Yesterday and the day before yesterday they did it with Allu Arjun and Preetisheel (Singh Dsouza, ace make-up and prosthetic look designer). Preetisheel worked for part one also. Definitely (the look) will be rustic. The look will be the same as in part one, (but) little bit of changes will be there".
Ram Charan is currently working on two untitled dramas, RC15, and RC16.
