The films of Asif Ali and Nivin Pauly, the leading heroes of Malayalam cinema, will hit theatres tomorrow. Nivin's "Saturday Night" and Asif Ali's "Kooman" will hit theatres tomorrow. This is the first time that Asif Ali and Nivin's films are releasing together.

Saturday Night, noted since its announcement, is being directed by Roshan Andrews. Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Siju Whitson, Sania Iyyappan, Grace Antony, etc. are playing other important roles in the film. The film is being prepared as a mature comedy entertainer. Nivin plays the role of Stanley in the film. The crew believes that the film, which tells the story of friendship relationships, will be a new experience for the audience. The film is produced by Vinayaka Ajith under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films.

Kooman is a film directed by Jeethu Joseph. Asif Ali plays the role of police constable "Girishankar," in the film. The story of the film takes place in a hilly village in the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border region. A tough police officer transfers to the police station and turns many people's lives upside down. The realisation that much of what was judged "normal" was not so normal makes the film poignant. The film is being produced by Alvin Antony and Listyn Stephen. Produced under the banner of Ananya Films and Magic Frames.

Meanwhile, Padavettu is Nivin's last released film. Written and directed by debutant Liju Krishna, the film won both audience and critical acclaim.

Rorschach is Asif Ali's last released film. The movie starring Mammootty was directed by Nizam Basheer. Asif played the role of Dileep in Roshak. Asif's upcoming films include Kasargold and Kishkindha Kandam.

Nivin and Asif played the lead roles in the film Mahaveeryar. The film, which took Malayalam cinema to another level of fantasy and time travel, was directed by Abrid Shine. Ebrid Shine has written the screenplay based on the story of Mukundan. The film was praised by the audience as it was mixed with a touch of comedy by pointing out examples of times that have not changed with the power structure in the contemporary situation.
