After Bala , Ayushmann Khurrana is prepping for his upcoming film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, the sequel to his 2017-released Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
The actor has wrapped up the first shooting schedule in Banaras. Ayushmann, along with the team got together to celebrate on Tuesday.
Pankhuri Awasthy, who is playing the role of Kusum in the film, took to Instagram to share a group picture of the cast and the crew.
"Banaras schedule wrap party with the #smzs team!" she captioned the picture. While Shubh Mangal Saavdhan movie bases on the concept of erectile dysfunction, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan will talk about homosexuality. In the upcoming film, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao will play the roles of Jitender's parents, Shankar Tripathi and Sunaina Tripathi, who want him to marry Kusum (played by Pankhuri Awasthy). Ayushmann will play Jitender's gay partner, Kartik Singh.
The film also stars Manu Rishi Chadha, Sunita Rajwar, Maanvi Gagroo, and Neeraj Singh. Produced by Aanand L Rai and Bhushan Kumar, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan will hit screens on February 21, 2020.
