Charan Credits Rajamouli For His Relationship With NTR

Ram Charan, in a recent interview, spoke about the relationship he shares with NTR, with whom he had shared screen space in director Rajamouli's RRR. He said that he was initially worried about how the actors' professional rivalry would affect their off-screen relationship and on-screen performances. He continued by saying that this was not the case in the end. Charan said that Rajamouli managed to balance the characters that both the actors played, and also the expectations of fans. He said that this was the reason why there was no rivalry between the two.

Charan and NTR shared a lot of bromances off-screen as well, which were visible to everyone during the promotions of RRR. The performances of both actors were highly commended by everyone around the globe. RRR turned out to be a global blockbuster upon release. The film features Hollywood actors like Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris. RRR is a fictional story about Alluri Sitaramaraju and Komaram Bheem, and their friendship. The movie recently won the Golden Globe award for Best Original Song, for Naatu Naatu. Music director MM Keeravani accepted the award at the ceremony. This win created history as it is the first Indian song to win so, and the first Indian movie to have ever won a Golden Globe. Naatu Naatu is also nominated at this year's Oscars, in the Best Original Song category. There are huge expectations that the song would win at the Oscars as well. This year's Oscars are set to take place in March.
