Chiyaan Vikram Jokes About Rumours On Hospitalisation

Chiyaan Vikram made headlines after he was admitted to a private hospital in Kauvery hospital on July 7. The actor reportedly went angiogram and was discharged a couple od days later. Many reports and channels claimed that Chiyaan Vikram suffered heart attack. On July 11, Chiyaan Vikram attended the audio lauch of his upcoming film, Cobra and joked about rumours of heart attack. He thanked his fans , family members and friends for their overwhelming support.

Speaking at the gathering, Vikram said, "A few days ago, I felt a mild discomfort in my chest. So, I got admitted, recovered and was discharged. But, sos many things happened in those few days on social media. I saw all the reports, Many morphed my face over a sick person's body and used it as a thumbnail. IThey became creative. I thank them for that. So many people who were close to me called and enquired about my health. I am fine now. That's why I took part in the event. MyTill my family, fans and friends are beside me, nothing will happen to me. Cinema is my life and I live for that. I don't know anthing else. I had a nasty accident iwhen I was 20 years old and with will power, I overcame that. So, all these will not affect me."
