Deepika Padukone To Star In PV Sindhu’s Biopic?

For those who don’t already know, Hyderabad-based shuttler, PV Sindhu made India proud in the recent Tokyo Olympics 2021 by winning the bronze medal in the Badminton women’s singles category.

The latest news is that Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is orchestrating a biopic of PV Sindhu. The star actress is apparently contemplating the idea of producing and also acting in PV Sindhu’s biopic. She has already commenced the back-end works for the materialization of the project. Deepika Padukone, the daughter of noted Indian badminton player Prakash Padukone, is a trained badminton player herself. She has been intending to star in the biopic of Sindhu for a long time now and finally looks set to realize her aspiration. Apparently, Deepika has already acquired permission from Sindhu to make a biopic on her. Sindu readily obliged upon Deepika’s request, say sources. Deepika plans to produce the biopic on a lavish scale and she will be finalizing a top Bollywood filmmaker for the project. She is already in talks with a couple of talented Bollywood directors and one of them will be finalized very soon. PV Sindhu will be given a share in the film’s profits after it releases. The project is likely to be announced by the end of this year. More details about the same will be out in the days to follow.
