Dilip Kumar Gets Discharged After Five Days Of Hospitalisation

Acting legend Dilip Kumar is 98 years old. Five days ago, he was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai after he complained of breathlessness. For five days, his doctors performed procedures to help Dilip Kumar with breathing and today, June 11, he was discharged from the hospital. Photos of Dilip Kumar making his way out of the hospital are doing the rounds on social media. A post on the official Twitter handle of Dilip Kumar read, "With the blessings and prayers of all of you, Dilip Sahab is going to his home from hospital. Your immense love and affection always touch the heart of Sahab."

The tweet was posted from Dilip Kumar's account by their family friend, Faisal Farooquii. Speaking to the reports outside the hospital, actress Saira Banu, wife of Dilip Kumar said, "he fluid has been removed and he took a rest in the hospital for few days. Now we are going home. Pray for his good health and pray that he should be alright. Doctors have said that he should continue to have antibiotics through IV. You all please pray for his health."
