The Hindi remake rights of Mohanlal's Drishyam 2 has been sold to Panoroma Studios International.

Drishyam 2 Hindi remake rights sold to Panorama Studios

Director Jeethu Joseph, Mohanlal, and producer Antony Peumbavoor joined hands for the sequel to Drishyam, which released in 2013. Drishyam 2, which released directly on InAmazon Prime Video, received overwhelming reviews from the critics and audience. The film's overwhelming success led to Telugu rights being sold at a high price. Telugu superstar Venkatesh Daggubati and Meena will star in the Telugu remake. Now, there is some news on Drishyam 2 Hindi remake. The Hindi remake rights of Drishyam 2 have been sold to Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak of Panorama Studios International.

 
Producer Kumar said, "With the huge success of Drishyam 2, the story needs to be told with passion and commitment, and we as producers are committed to that. Producer Antony Peumbavoor said, "We are happy that Panorama Studios International has acquired the rights for Drishyam 2 and I am certain the production house will justify the film." Jeethu Joseph said, " The story of Drishyam 2 resonated with people and I am so glad that Panorama Studios International will make it reach a wider audience with the Hindi remake. I am looking forward to it (sic)." The makers also asked every to mask up and stay safe.
