Dulquer Salmaan launches Mugen Rao's Velan first look

Mugen Rao is a Malaysia-based singer who rose to fame with his stint in the third season of Bigg Boss Tamil, hosted by Kamal Haasan. In fact, Mugen Rao has crowned the winner of the third season of Bigg Boss. He is all set to make his directorial debut with Velan. In the film, he will share screen space with Meenakshi Govindarajan. The commercial entertainer will be directed by Kavin Moorthy K. According to reports, Mugen and Meenakshi will play college students in the film, which will be produced by Kalaimagan.

Best wishes to the entire team. #VelanFirstLook Directed by @kavin_dir (sic)." Producer Kalaimugan said, "It’s an honor to have an icon like Dulquer Salmaan sir launch the first look of our film. We will be soon making announcements on the film’s audio, trailer, and worldwide theatrical release.”
