GV Prakash To Compose Fresh Tunes For The Hindi Remake Of Soorarai Pottru

It is known that Sudha Kongara is directing her next film in bollywood. It will be the official remake of her own Tamil film, "Soorarai Pottru". The film starred Suriya and Aparna Balamurali in lead roles. It is now being remade into Hindi . The remake would star Akshay Kumar in Suriya's place.

The original's music and songs left a long lasting impression on music composer GV Prakash. He is also a part of the Hindi remake. The song for the movie is currently being recorded. The renowned music composer GV Prakash finished the first song for the movie earlier in April. He has now disclosed that other songs are being composed as of now. He Shared a picture of himself with director Sudha Kongara. GV Praksh posted,

The Hindi version of the movie is being produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in collaboration with Abundantia Entertainment. The film began production in April. The Hindi version will also feature Paresh Rawal reprising his role as the antagonist of the film. Radhika Madan will be the female lead in the film. Suriya will reportedly play a cameo in the remake of the film. Soorarai pottru was released directly through an OTT platform. The film was critically acclaimed. It won several film awards including the national film awards of last year.
