Hrithik Roshan is the only actor in Hindi film history to have been able to successfully rule audiences' hearts in a superhero role. And there have been rumours about a sequel ever since the release of Krrish 3. Similar to this, although the Roshan family has stated that Krrish 4 is in production, there have been some delays with the movie. Hrithik Roshan recently updated us on the status of his next movies, which include the Deepika Padukone-starring Fighter, War 2, and Krrish 4.
Hrithik Roshan provided insights about his upcoming movie Fighter, in which he will co-star with Deepika Padukone as an Air Force pilot. Hrithik stated in an interview, “We are shooting with real fighter jets. We just shot in a Sukhoi. It has been so inspiring just being around the Indian Air Force. There is so much to learn from their body language, decorum, discipline, their courage, and intelligence. I am very glad that I got to experience that myself.”
To the reports that World War II was imminent, he replied, “Aditya Chopra is extremely secretive; I think you should just take it from my expression, I am not saying anything.” Coming to Krrish 4, the actor asserted that the film is indeed on the cards and there are just facing a few minor delays because of technical issues. “I think, we should all get together and send out a little prayer. Everything is set but we are stuck on one little technicality. Hopefully, we will overcome that by year end. Krrish 4 is definitely in the pipeline and it will happen real soon”.
Speaking of Fighter, it will also prominently feature Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, and Karan Singh Grover. The movie, which is being directed by Siddharth Anand, is scheduled for release on January 25, 2024, which is Republic Day.
