Ram is a big-budget movie directed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Mohanlal in the lead role. The shooting of the film had started but was stopped due to the spread of Covid. Channel 2 reports that Ram's second schedule is all set to begin in the UK.
The schedule is planned for late June or early July. Mohanlal, Suman, Indrajith, and Trisha will fly to the UK. Along with them, foreign stars will also act in the second schedule.
Jeethu and his team are preparing for the location hunt ahead of the shoot. They will return to the UK by the end of May.
Director Jeethu Joseph and producers Ramesh P. Pillai and Sudhan will fly to the UK. The team includes cameraman Satish Kurup, Chief Associate Director Arfas Ayub, and Production Controller Vinod Mangalath. Apart from London, the team is also looking for a location in Scotland. There are 60 days left in the shoot.
The film Ram's shooting started in January 2020. Filming has been completed in Ernakulam, Rameshwaram, Delhi, and Shimla. Covid erupted while preparing for the second schedule. With that came the shooting break.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph have reunited for the new film 12th Man. The film was released two days ago and is getting mixed reviews. The film stars Athithi Ravi, Sivada, Leona Lishoy, Anu Mohan, Priyanka, Unni Mukundan, Anu Sithara, Anushree, Rahul Madhav, and Saiju Kurup in the lead roles.
