Kamal Haasan's Vikram Closer To Completion, Actor Resumes Shoot

Kamal Haasan will be seen next in director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram, which also features Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles. The team took a break after Kamal Haasan contracted the novel coronavirus. After his recovery, he has now resumed the film's shooting in full swing since December 10, 2021. In a statement, Raaj Kamal Films International, the production house, shared an update regarding the film. The film is expected to hit the theatres in the summer of 2022. An announcement regarding the film's release date will be out soon.

"Vikram went into production in August and has completed many schedules. However, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has been on a break due to Covid. After a short break, the star is back to shoot from today with enthusiasm and vigor. As filming progresses at a feverish pace, the combined scenes of Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil are being shot in this schedule, " read the statement from Raaj Kamal Films International. The technical crew of Vikram consists of cinematographer Girish Gangadharan, editor Philomin Raj, art director Satheesh, choreographer Sandy and action director Anbariv.
