Karthi reveals his son's name with a message

Karthi is one of the bankable stars in the Tamil film industry and is known for backing commercial entertainers and content-oriented films as well. He got married to Ranjini in 2011 and the couple welcomed their daughter Umaayal in 2013. After nearly eight years, Karthi and Ranjani welcomed another bundle of joy to their house. ON October 20, 2020, Karthi revealed that Ranjni gave birth to a healthy baby and wroote, "Dear friends and family, we are blessed with a boy baby. We can’t thank enough our doctors and nurses who took us through this life-changing experience. Need all your blessings for the little one. Thank you, god! (sic)."

As the little one is all set to complete five months, he shared a photo of his son's little hands and added that he has been named Kandhan. He also wrote a beautiful message to Kandhan which is loosely translated as, "Dear son myself, mommy and your elder sister have lovingly named you Kandhan. Let the environment become much more sweeter with your arrival. Your loving dad." Karthi is waiting for the release of Sulthan, which will release on April 2 in theatres.
