Karthi's humble request to his fans on his birthday

Actor Karthi is celebrating his birthday today, May 25, at his home with his family members. Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, Karthi is having a low-key celebration at home with his parents, brother and the children. On this special day, Karthi had one request to his fans and it is winning the hearts. In his heartfelt letter, Karthi requested his fans not to venture out on his birthday and take care of their family by being with them. He also stressed on the importance of wearing masks, using sanitiser and maintaining social distancing.

Karthi's letter, which is written in Tamil read, "My greetings to my dear brothers. The coronavirus situation is aggressive than we think. Let us follow what the govenment and doctors have asked us to follow, which his wearing a mask, using a sanitiser, maintaining social distancing and not venturing out of her homes. My dear brothers, please take care of yourself and your family members. This will be my birthday gift this year. With love, Karthi." The actor was shooting for Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan before the second wave of the pandemic began.
